Pending order verification and credit approval, shipping delivery time is approximately 3 to 10 business days depending on delivery method and postal code (excluding holidays). lovestrength will ship within the United States; as well as International, please allow for longer shipping times to overseas addresses.


Shipping charges for the United States are based on UPS residential rates according to postal code. The following shipping methods are offered, UPS Ground, UPS 2Day and UPS Standard Overnight. International shipping method used is UPS International Economy and shipping charges are based on current rates.Charges can be calculated at checkout page before finalizing order.

When shopping with us, you are shopping with a woman owned, small business based out of a sleepy town south of Los Angeles, CA. and we appreciate all of your love and support. With that being said, We understand things don't always work out, and you can review our return policy below: 

ALL SALE ITEMS/Purchases with discount codes are FINAL SALE. Please read all descriptions of sizing/color/etc. before ordering. 

A $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from ALL returns. This helps offset the costs that we pay out of pocket when shipping your new piece(s) for free. 
You can request a return for any unused items up to 5 days from the date your belt was delivered. After a return request has been made by emailing, we will confirm confirmation of your request. 
Please note that we do not provide return labels for any order and all costs associated with returning an item is paid for by the customer.
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached in order for a return to be accepted. Items that show sign of wear and/or are missing tags cannot be accepted and will be returned to the address on the order. 
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or another style, please place a new order and we’ll refund your account once we receive your returned item(s) and these items meet the acceptable item return criteria. 
When your return arrives at our warehouse your return will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirmation for the credited amount less the $10.00 restocking fee and any charges paid for expedited shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at await your RA instructions.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
